Stephanie has been at Stanford for 30+ years where she has held various financial and management positions for the School and Stanford Hospital and Clinics and served on numerous committees over those years. She is currently the Director of Finance and Administration (DFA) for the Departments of Surgery and Emergency Medicine where she manages a total of 2 departments with 6 divisions, 200+ faculty, physicians and/or physicists and accompanying staff. In this dual role, she has responsibilities for all fiscal affairs including consolidated budgeting, strategic planning, operations management, clinical and academic affairs, human resources, facilities planning and sponsored research. Prior to her current positions, Stephanie held the DFA position in the Departments of Radiation Oncology and Urology. She holds a bachelor of science in finance and a master of business administration from San Diego and San Jose State Universities.
