Seth will share perspectives in conflict management including the 4 approaches we each gravitate to in times of conflict.  Conflict is a part of our roles.  Understanding our approaches to conflict and when to use approaches will help us achieve greater success and the results we desire.  Seth achieved Masters in Conflict Management and currently serves as a manager within Vanderbilt's Surgery Patient Care Center.
